Hello. I’m In Lee, the CEO of Neople.A lot happened on the first day of the open beta service, and the service did not go smoothly. To start with, I’d like to apologize for this.As a development studio it is our first try in servicing a game, and through the 24 hours of live broadcasting we heard your voices and you had the chance to see us. This was a truly amazing experience. The staff members of Neople and I will cherish and remember this wonderful memory forever. Thank you so much for such a great memory. I am very grateful.

It’s very rare for a game to reopen after a closure, and I think having a live broadcast of the countdown with the players would also be a first. It was amazing. It was a true honor to have you with us during that moment.

There are many issues with the current version. We are keeping an eye out for the comments made by you while exerting efforts to fix them as soon as we can. But as you all know, we are only human so we are bound to make mistakes and take some time to fix it all. I’d like to ask for your kind understanding. I would like you to know that the staff have worked 72 hours straight until the opening of the beta service and have not gone home since then, still carefully monitoring the service.You don’t have to tell us that we are doing a great job. I would be grateful if you were just aware of the fact that we are trying our best.Including myself, we only have 10 staff members dedicated for the global DFO.
